Chilled to the Bone, Dampened Magic, Kleptomania, Netherwind Armor, Prismatic Cloak, and Temporal Shield have limited use in PvE content in terms of increasing your damage in the open world, but they can be situationally useful. Notably Temporal Shield can be utilized for, functionally, an extra 6 seconds of combat time against large elite mobs.
EXCEPTION: If you have Mining and only use Jewelcrafting to craft stone statues (for additional in-combat healing), then this may be a useful tradeskill. However, like Engineering above, it should not be a leveling focus and should only be used to assist with power leveling. Doing any more than this will become costly and should not be undertaken during the power-leveling process.
/way commands like /way Shadowmoon Valley:Draenor 50.0 31.2 Ashlei don't work correctly. According to the way TomTom works, this waypoint should be created in Draenor's Shadowmoon Valley. Instead, it will be created in Outland's Shadowmoon Valley. So it seems there is currently no way to distinguish between zones that occur more than once with the same name, such as Shadowmoon Valley or Nagrand. 

No matter your experience level—whether you’re about to experience the thrill of hearing the Stormwind City theme as you walk through its epic gates for the first time, or whether you can spell Ahn’Qiraj off the top of your head—here are some tips and suggestions for making the most of your new life in the World of Warcraft (or your epic, Illidan-like return to Azeroth.)
Reputations are a very important part of progressing your character in the Battle for Azeroth. Reputations unlock Allied Races when you complete exalted with either 7th Legion or The Honorbound along with the Ready for War (Alliance) / Ready for War (Horde) achievement. As in the past, reputations must be progressed in order to unlock Battle for Azeroth Pathfinder, Part One which will immediately grant you increased movement speed within Kul Tiras and Zandalar and eventually flying later in time. In order to unlock Pathfinder, you will need to progress reputations to revered for all three of your faction's zones, the Tortollan Seekers, and the Champions of Azeroth. Reputations also unlock numerous profession recipes and patterns at honored and revered, many toys and pets at honored and revered, and several mounts and tabards at exalted reputation.

The power of items depends on their item level, which you can see on the item's tooltip; the higher the level, the better an item will be. However, the Warforging and Titanforging system - introduced in the Warlords of Draenor expansion - means that almost any item of Uncommon, Rare or Epic quality has a chance to ‘forge' to higher than its base item level: Warforging is up to +15, Titanforging is up to +45.

Engineering has the option at skill level 200 to specialize in Gnomish or Goblin Engineering. You can get the quests from your Engineering trainer. The main difference between both sides is the location of their respective teleporters and the ability of their trinkets. Some items require a specific specialization to use, while other items are crafted by one specialization but are usable by any engineer. Fortunately, most recipes that are crafted by one Specialization can be worn by both.


Patch 8.1 added paragon reputation awards, similar to what was offered in Legion, except these caches will not contain mounts as rewards. Earning the paragon caches requires acquiring 10,000 reputation after hitting exalted. The rewards are 2,500 Azerite, 4,000+ gold, 20 Service Medals, and 500 War Resources as well as the following toys and recipes:

For Horde, Vol’Dun the area captures the feel of Battle for Azeroth is both the hardest and continues than other areas in the game. Mythic+ has some similarity to raiding, but it’s designed for just five players, instead of the 10-to-30 that can make up a raid. This mode tasks players with clearing the game’s dungeons, but with specific changes that make them harder, scaling up until it’s impossible for groups to finish. Players receive a keystone in their inventory that assigns them their dungeon, one of the game’s 10, and gives the dungeon a level. This determines how difficult enemies are and what effects might make them harder. If the group completes the keystone in time, they get a new, higher-level stone; if they, don’t they get a lower-level stone.

Heirlooms. At the bare minimum you make sure all the armor pieces upgraded to 110, since this is the lion's share of your experience increase. Neck and Ring upgrades are secondary, but still important due to being able to enchant them. Trinkets can't be enchanted, but you'll want them at max as well, if only to save time by not having to worry about replacing them as you level.

Heirlooms: Heirlooms are the best source of bonus XP for leveling. All slots can be gotten pretty easily now, except the rings. The time you need to spend to get the rings if you haven’t gotten a level 3 shipyard in WoW is way too long, so getting the rings is generally not worth it. Having all your heirloom gear will boost XP by 55%. Generally, you want heirloom gear with crit on for leveling as you want to kill mobs in a few hits as possible
Update: The reason for less experience from gathering is due to how Blizzard revamped professions and broke them down by expansion. In order to get full exp from gathering you'll simply need to find a profession trainer for the relevant expansion. (WoD you just mine or herb the first one ypu come across and the game gives you a scroll for learning WoD gathering).
When an allied race has been unlocked for a player, new characters from that race will start at level 20. If a player levels an Allied race from 20 to level 110 without using character boosts, they will be rewarded with a unique "Heritage Armor" for transmogrification that reflects the unique lore behind the race but is limited for use to that race. Doing the quests to unlock the allied races will also unlock the races' unique mounts for use by the characters of their faction.[5] The void elves, Lightforged draenei, Highmountain tauren, and Nightborne, as races tied to the storyline for Legion, were made available with the preorder on January 30, 2018.[7] The Dark Iron dwarves and the Mag'har orcs are made available upon completing the "War Campaign" in Kul Tiras and Zandalar and reaching Exalted with one faction's War Campaign reputation; the Kul Tiran humans and Zandalari will be made available later in the expansion. Game director Ion Hazzikostas also indicated that additional Allied Races may be available in the future.[8]

So when you log in to the game, as soon as you cast a spell, you will experience some kind of lag. The movement doesn’t register with the database and thus the lag is experienced. You can observe this when you get DCed from the server and return back to the original position, unless you have traveled enough distance to be registered in the database.

"There will be some story-driven quest content, world quests, with a bit of catch-up gear, telling the story of the Horde incursion into the night elven lands, that will lead up to the actual burning of Teldrassil," he said. Thanks Whetdoggeh. But, this is not a guide you read. This one is an add-on, and it uses the map and points the direction you are to go. It also tells what gear is best for your spec, etc. That is for the leveling guide. I'm not sure about the other guides. There is a free trial of it, and I just want to know if it is legal to use, if I do decide to buy.
Azerite equipment is currently balanced around being able to unlock the outermost, earliest tier of power immediately upon acquisition, while delaying further advancement until the Heart has been further empowered. For example, the first piece of Azerite equipment, gained shortly after the Heart itself, is fully empowered once the Heart of Azeroth has reached level 3. A character at 120 (the maximum for the expansion) may find a piece whose first tier requires the Heart to have grown to level 12 or greater.
I wouldn't buy Zygor guides. As a player since path 1.10 (around 7 years now) Ive seen a hearty wow community flourish through each expansion. I am a huge fan of the add on, Carbonite quest. It provides a pumped up version of wow's internal quest database. Also, its recommended to research your servers economy for making gold. http://www.powerwordgold.net/ is a great site for tricks of making gold. Pair it up with http://www.theunderminejournal.com and you'll be on your way to making fast gold to provide for all them alts :P

But one major question that keeps popping up as players reach the level cap is, "what do I do when I hit Level 120?". On the surface, it would seem pretty simple that your next steps would be gearing up to raid. However, BfA doesn’t exactly make it clear how to go about doing that, and there are more options for future raiders and dungeoneers than ever before when it comes to endgame content.


Skinning is a good money maker as throughout your travels you will fight many beasts. It also won't take much time, only 1-5 seconds after every beast. Miners and herbalists have to travel all the way to the nodes. Skinning also provides the passive bonus Master of Anatomy, increasing critical strike (which is especially helpful for agility-based characters who take it with Leatherworking).
At 98 you have the option to drop what you're doing and return to your capitol city to start the quest for your Legion Artifact weapon. However, I do not believe this is necessary to do right away unless you're struggling with kill speed in your current gear. I would recommend waiting for a natural pause, such as hearthing to repair and clear your bags. From 100 to 107 you won't even really fight mobs that often; only just enough to clear the way to any treasure you need to pick up.
Footholds into enemy territories can be done as you grow in levels and should be completed before reaching Level 120. Take the time after completing your first zone to do your first foothold, or you can choose to complete one as soon as you gather your 100 War Resources which will prompt you to return to your mission table area where the first foothold quest can be obtained. Similar to how your initial zone selection was largely irrelevant, this selection is, as well. Simply pick one and complete it to earn your Mission Table second champion. Send your champions out on missions, recruit troops, and then head back out to quest in your second zone selection.

Unfortunately, I had to choke back a laugh more than once at work and now a few of my coworkers are looking at me funny. . .Speaking of which, special shout-out to that Fortnite entry. Anyway, I'd personally like to add Hello Neighbor to the list. (I know it technically launched in Dec 2017, but it continued assaulting new consoles in 2018 so I'm arguing it counts.) What started as an unexpectedly fun balance between straight-up goofiness and an intriguingly dark backdrop transformed into an unfinished mess I cannot fathom to this day. Even the betas and alphas added new problems before fixing any of the old ones like it was nobody's business. At least YouTube playthroughs provided ample warning on that one.P.S. If you are just coming out of Level 110, you will probably have a number of different Legendary items to choose from. Your Legendaries' special effects will stop working at Level 116, but until then they can be a very powerful addition to help you level up quickly. DoTs: Assuming that the mob is going to live for certain periods of time, it is worth it to place DoTs up. If the mob lives for at least five seconds, cast Pain. If it lives at least seven seconds, cast VT. The ideal time to cast DoTs is when it would be replacing Flay, but you can substitute Blast if the mob will live longer. Make sure to cast Bolt on cd though!
