TSM shopping list was super awesome, but it feels like a lot of clunk for what I wanted to do. I keep hearing ppl talk about server daily avg prices, region prices, etc. But I couldn't find any of that in TSM, even with importing groups/operations from someone. And wtf is an operation? I assume it's just a script that TSM runs to do price compares, etc? I'm convinced all the ones I tried didnt work.

-Azerite Gear- This has been the worst experience for many players as it was advertised as offering the player many options for customizing their character but all players do is Google "Icy veins (Spec/Class) azerite ranks" and select the best one. This is expected and really only gives players the illusion of choice as they're always going to pick the best one. This could have been done far better by not offering necessarily just damage increases in traits but offering some of the Legion Legendary item effects in Azerite slots. You know, certain Azerite traits would be better for PvP, some for raiding, some for 5 mans, some for soloing old content, etc. The other problem with Azerite gear is that it's locked based on you grinding an endless amount of Azerite for your neck piece (basically the stuff that increases the level of your neck piece). So when you get an item that should be an upgrade, it really isn't because you don't have all the traits unlocked. This complaint about how horrible this system is could go on forever, but I'll just leave it at that, horrible.
I'll typically buy cards that are < 66% of my crafting cost in unlimited quantities. If I have high stocks, i'll try to repost at 1/8 of the deck's market rate. I don't care if someone is resetting the market because i WANT sales volume and if someone is trying to a reset it's usually low enough for them to buy you out. The point here is to constantly churn your inventory and adjust down with the market.

But the system offers a painful and mindless grind. At worst, it feels like a cheap and artificial wall blocking you from playing your character to its full potential. Levels of your heart come fast at first, but the costs become prohibitive when you get up into level 20 or so. This wouldn’t be an issue if the most powerful Azerite gear didn’t require reaching level 22 to unlock even 75 percent of their full damage, leaving players left out of features from gear they’ve already collected. This means more grinding.

The illusions, meh. Last time I checked both TSM and the LGM spreadsheet both showed only a couple hundred gold return/unit, if they showed a profit at all (most didn't). They're slow movers as it stands, and there is already substantial competition over that market on my server anyway. So it's not worth the trouble of babysitting/cancelling/relisting for such a nominal return.
well reforging does the same thing, upgrades from profs make economy more alive and profs thenselves more usefull, by this logic we should also remove gems completely and posiibly flasks also...+ i never wrote anything about enchanting every piece of gear, just leg enchants from LW, cloak embroidery from tailoring, extra socket on wrists from BS and also weapon enchants are coming back I suppose (which is nullified by removal of neck enchants), this really isnt a hassle imo

A finite amount of AP spawns on the map through these quests — generally at least 2,000 a day. I’ve likely done most of these quests close to 20 times in the course of preparing my various characters in the 45 days since the expansion launched. In some cases, I’ve replayed them as many as 50 times.
