Allied races aren’t much better. You can only earn them by grinding out reputation. It doesn’t take that long but casual players will need to invest a couple weeks primarily to it, and focusing on that grind will take you away from others, like earning gear. Each race has its own grind, but the things you do to work through it remain the same, adding to your boredom.
"A lot of the challenges are less about gear level and more about doing the mechanics correctly," he said. "Having two or three percent more health or more throughput isn’t going to help you if you’re missing interrupts. Putting the time in to just practice the challenge you’re trying to overcome is probably the best use of your time once you’re at a reasonable outdoor-Argus level of gear."
Mag'har orc - "For untold generations, the orc clans of Draenor battled one another in endless war. But when Gul'dan offered them the blood of his demonic masters, the disparate tribes of Mag'har—the orcish word for "uncorrupted"—refused the dark bargain and banded together to drive out the Burning Legion. United under the leadership of Grommash Hellscream, the Mag'har pledged to one day repay Azeroth's heroes for aiding their cause. As war against the Alliance intensifies, the Horde must call upon the might of the Mag'har to seize victory."
"Since [patch] 7.3.5 we’re happy with the overall pace of leveling, he said. "If you’ve chosen to start a brand new character right at the end of an expansion, getting a character fully leveled up and geared up to complete endgame content before the expansion ends, there’s always going to be some time pressure there. That’s just part of the nature of choosing to do that at that stage in time."
The last thing I want to say about this farm, you definitely need aoe damage dealers and some ranged people because mobs are not actually too close each other. So, you need to run around and gather mobs in one place with a monk statue and kill them with aoe. The party setups are simple and same with other farms actually and I don’t think not need to talk more about it.

Kul Tiran human (8.1.5) - "Kul Tiras was founded by fearless explorers who sailed uncharted waters in search of adventure. As a key member of the Alliance of Lordaeron, the Kul Tiran navy dominated the seas of Azeroth with its legendary fleet. But after years of turmoil and hardship, the kingdom grew isolated and vulnerable to dark influences. Thanks to the help of brave heroes, House Proudmoore has been restored and Kul Tiras is poised to fight alongside the valiant Alliance once more."

Everything you say tells me that you don't make and haven't tried to make Sky Golems for goldmaking. Time Consuming craft? It takes me 20 minutes per day to log in on 5 alts and produce jards. I might farm SoH, but that's a great Gold vs time spent farm. 20 minutes equals 10 SoH, 6-8 GI Lockboxes, and a ton of BoEs which I mostly vendor. So all in all 20 minutes of farming is about 10k gold. As someone that doesn't have that much time to play but still wants to pay his sub with gold Sky Golems are the only way to go. I'm in plenty of other markets, but SGs sell within 3 days for the best profit.
Sky golem is all profit if you do the smart thing and run old panda farms on multiple toons. Was running 10 farms at one point till bfa launched and was upto my eyeballs in trillium and Ghost iron. Just not been doing it lately, but those 10 farms was an hour a day if that and sustained 4 crafters and alchemists though could have sustained 8 easily.
